How long will it take to receive my order?

All sets undergo a processing time of 7 to 14 business days, excluding weekends, to ensure the timely production and shipment of your order. Once the item ships, it should arrive 5 to 8 days after shipping!

Do you provide refunds or accept returns?

Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. If you find any nails defective or damaged upon delivery, please email me within a week. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.

Are the nails reusable?

Absolutely! You can definitely get multiple uses out of them if they’re still in good condition after you’ve taken them off. If they’re a bit worn out, just apply a thin layer of clear coat to bring back their shine. And don’t forget to use a nail file to sharpen any corners or edges for a crispier look.

To remove press-on nails, soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 25-30 minutes. Insert your cuticle pusher between the press-on and your nail bed and gently lift the press-on off.

After removing all press-ons, buff off any remaining nail glue from your nail bed using a buffer. Reinsert the press-ons in your nail case.

To reuse press-on nails, remove excess nail glue with a q-tip dipped in 100% acetone. Be cautious, as excessive acetone can damage the press-on.
